all about “the team”

Headshot of the founder of Amplifly at her laptop; in her late 40s, with long blonde hair, originally from northern Germany. She is wearing a pink jumper and is sitting in front of windows in a factory loft. Superimposed over the image is a comic-style mouth GIF that keeps forming into a beaming smile

Meet your negotiation ninja (with receipts)

25+ years in advertising. MBA in Creative Leadership. FBI negotiation training. Certified Negotiation Mastery from Harvard (yes, that Harvard). Still swears too much for corporate events...sorry.

hi. I used to be sh*t at negotiation too.

I'm diana. powered by curiosity, coffee and rage against unfair systems.

yes, I've got the fancy papers and titles – but I earned them while spending decades watching brilliant creatives get screwed over and excluded from key management discussions. including myself. I built Amplifly to be the bridge between creative genius and business sense. because having an MBA doesn't mean you have to be a dick about it. or to have a dick. when not teaching negotiation or closing deals, I'm probably arguing about the appropriate use , overthinking email sign-offs, or binge-watching crime dramas and calling it "research".

hi LinkedIn

the goal?

building a world where creatives don't apologise for their invoices. starting with you.

how I tick

  • when you need specialised help, I tap my network - lawyers who get creative contracts, advisors who understand feast-or-famine income, and other specialists who don't talk down to artists.

  • Limited spots mean full attention. when I'm booked, I'm booked.

  • I'll tell you when you're undercharging. also when you're being unrealistic. both with love.

The real Credentials (Since We're Being Honest)

  • executive MBA in Creative Leadership

  • Harvard Negotiation Mastery, PON-certified (Programme On Negotiation at Harvard Law), and a loooooot of training at the FBI, private schools, Schranner Negotiaion Institute and my family

  • author of one and a half books (one of which is completely useless, and I won't tell you which one...)

  • fluent in both: creative chaos and business buzzwords

  • negotiated my own salary from intern wages to six figures

but what actually makes me qualified is not the degrees. it's the decades of surviving in international advertising (from intern to C-suite) without becoming completely dead inside.

ready, set, go
